Canmore Mountain Lodge Policies

- Check-In time is anytime after 4PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children

Payment Policies Deposit Information

- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash or travelers cheques.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Canmore Mountain Lodge will authorize
the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit
card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
|
- The Canmore Mountain Lodge, Canmore has a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.
Should you wish to cancel any individual reservation you have up until forty-eight (48)
hours prior to arrival at 18:00 (6:00 PM) MST to cancel. Should you fail to cancel in the
allotted amount of time you will forfeit one (1) night's room and taxes on the credit card
provided during booking.
